Timothy J. Stripe and David S. Brown, founders of Grand Pacific Resort Management, each bring more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience to the Grand Pacific Resorts team and affiliate companies.
Several affiliated companies perform key functions for Grand Pacific Resort Management, (the development, sales and marketing company) including: Grand Pacific Resort Management L.P., which provides resort management, FF&E, design and purchasing services, as well as telecommunications services for our resorts; Advanced Financial Company (AFC), which provides loan servicing, homeowner association assessment and billing, and debt collection services; ResorTime.com, L.P., which provides rental and services for homeowners and associations at over 300 affiliated resorts throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico; and Advanced Commercial Corp. (ACC),which provides consumer resale services to vacation owners.
Grand Pacific Resort Management, L.P. (GPRM) manages the resort operations under contracts with each vacation ownership homeowners association (HOA). For 2007, the aggregate budgets for the Associations managed by GPRS exceeded $24,000,000.
Advanced Financial Company (AFC) is a loan servicing corporation that performs the loan servicing function on the consumer notes that are generated from the sales operation. AFC also bills and collects the Homeowners Association (HOA) dues from all consumers, on behalf of each resort's HOA. As of December 2007, AFC services approximately 18,000 consumer notes on a monthly basis, and about 80,000 HOA assessments annually.
ResorTime.com offers nightly and weekly rental services to individual owners, developers and homeowner associations. With over 200,000 members and 300 affiliated resorts, ResorTime provides an excellent sales tool to a developer's sales force, as well as an exceptional consumer benefit, to rent additional vacation nights throughout the ResorTime network.
Advanced Commercial Corporation (ACC) is a licensed real estate brokerage firm that provides consumer resale services, once the developer has completed the initial marketing and sales program, and individual consumers need to resell their ownership interest. ACC prides itself on maintaining extremely high resale prices at the resorts where it is involved.
